Guardians and Wards Act, 1890, S.25--Custody of minor--Territorial Jurisdiction--Minors have been removed from custody of father from Kapurthala ,therefore, Court at Kapurthala had territorial jurisdiction and not Court at Jalandhar where minors are residing with mother as children were ordinarily residing at Kapurthala--Matter remanded back to Court of Guardian Judge, Kapurthala, with a direction to decide between parties.
