Passenger--In all the buses, operated in States of Punjab and Haryana, half ticketed passenger will be entitled to full seat
Punjab Motor Vehicle Rules, 1989, R.146--Haryana Motor Vehicles Rules, 1993, R.138-A--Children of the age between 3 to 12 years, who are issued half ticket by the passenger carrier bus, would be provided full seat--In all the buses, operated in States of Punjab and Haryana, it shall be displayed in writing of a conspicuous place in the bus that half ticketed passenger will be entitled to full seat.

(B) Punjab Pre-emption Act--S. 21-A--Pre-emption--Total land sold by defendant no.2 sought to be pre-empted by plaintiff-Omission by plaintiff to mention some of khatoni no forming part of khewat no. 218--Also Khasra no. 6/1 and 6/2 of rectangle no.19 wrongly mentioned as 16(2) in plaint--Details of land clear from perusal of plaint--Not material--Contention that without application for correction or amendment Court itself could not make correction of Killa number in impugned decree-not tenable--Suit for possession by way of pre-emption rightly decreed.
